About the role
We are seeking a Digital Designer to join our small, collaborative communications team. This role will create engaging, brand-aligned visual content that supports corporate communications, employee engagement, marketing initiatives, and business messaging across multiple channels.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. The role is onsite and requires close collaboration with other individuals in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative assets for pitch decks, investor presentations, internal communications, email templates, websites, intranet pages, social media, reports, digital signage, event materials, infographics, and marketing collateral
- Partner with communications and business stakeholders to translate messaging, concepts, and strategic goals into compelling visual content
- Support executive communications, company-wide announcements, employee engagement campaigns, and high-visibility corporate materials
- Create branding and design assets for events, conferences, employee programs, and office communications
- Maintain digital asset libraries, templates, photography, graphics, and brand resources to ensure consistency across all channels
Qualifications
- Experience in digital, graphic, or visual design, ideally within a B2B corporate environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, internal communications, marketing collateral, email design, and brand-focused creative work
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools
- Understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and accessibility best practices
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or animated digital content is a plus
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a small team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa (e.g., H-1B, TN, or O visa)
- Physically located in and able to perform the work in the United States
