Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing planning and execution for assigned industry verticals, aligning programs to growth priorities and pipeline goals
- Develop and execute vertical-specific marketing plans in partnership with sales, industry leadership, and partnership team
- Translate business objectives into integrated demand generation and ABM programs that drive qualified pipeline
- Partner with sales to define target accounts, buying groups, and engagement strategies
- Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns across events, digital, content, PR, and partner marketing
- Drive account engagement strategies for priority accounts and verticals
- Ensure end-to-end campaign execution, from planning through lead flow and conversion
- Track and report on pipeline impact, including MQLs, SQLs, and influenced revenue
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize campaigns using data and insights
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations on lead management, attribution, and reporting
- Support high-impact industry events, executive programs, and field marketing initiatives
- Manage and mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional contributors
- Partner with global marketing teams, including colleagues in Brazil, to align execution and share best practices
- Track budgets, manage expenses, and oversee vendor coordination
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of B2B demand generation, growth, or vertical marketing experience, ideally in technology, consulting, or digital services
- Proven track record of driving pipeline generation in enterprise or complex sales environments
- Strong experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and integrated campaign execution
- Ability to contribute to marketing planning while executing programs hands-on
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Experience managing marketing team members or coordinating across distributed teams
