Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting startups and SMBs
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Build relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Founders, Operations Leaders)
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions
- Manage pipeline using Clarity.ai CRM
- Track outreach, opportunities, and deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Use ClickUp for task and workflow management
- Maintain long-term client relationships for upsell and referrals
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Strong consultative / solution-based selling skills
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, MSP, web, or app development services preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- CRM experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong earning drive
