About the role

This is an outside sales role. You'll spend most of your time in the field meeting business owners, not sitting at a desk. Your job is to find new customers, show them why our fiber and tech solutions solve their problems, and close the deal.

Responsibilities

  • Possess proven outside sales or B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door outreach
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain fiber and broadband solutions
  • Self-motivated. You'll have an office but you won't be in it much.
  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, door-to-door outreach, and local networking
  • Present fiber and technology solutions to small and mid-size businesses
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract
  • Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
  • Stay current on fiber broadband technology and competitive landscape
  • Represent Wintek Business Solutions in the communities we serve

Requirements

Pay

Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000 (base + commission). 401K match + pension plan.
