Responsibilities
- Serve as the licensed engineering/construction representative for project-related technical and compliance matters.
- Support project execution for semiconductor construction, tool hookup, base build, equipment installation, or related high-tech facility work.
- Provide technical oversight and engineering review for drawings, calculations, specifications, and project documentation as needed.
- Ensure project work complies with applicable codes, standards, licensing requirements, client specifications, and safety expectations.
- Coverage of project execution, engineering oversight, and licensed construction compliance.

- Coordinate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, inspectors, and client representatives to support smooth project delivery.
- Review construction progress, identify technical or compliance issues, and help drive timely resolution.
- Support field coordination, schedule tracking, project scope management, and subcontractor communication.
- Maintain proper documentation required for licensed engineering, construction, and project compliance activities.
- Participate in site meetings, project updates, inspections, and client coordination as needed.
- Perform additional project engineering and licensed construction support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona B1 / KB1 license or applicable construction qualifying-party license required.
- Willingness to transfer/place the license under the company as the qualifying party required.
- Prior semiconductor, TSMC, tool hookup, base build, industrial construction, MEP, equipment installation, or high-tech facility project experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction codes, engineering standards, compliance requirements, and project specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to support project scope, schedule, subcontractor coordination, field execution, and technical issue resolution.
- Comfortable working in active construction environments, including jobsite offices, trailer offices, and fast-moving field conditions.
- Able to communicate professionally with project teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Strong documentation, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project documentation tools.
- Mandarin-English bilingual ability is a plus, but not required.
- Experience supporting semiconductor projects, especially tool hookup or base build operations.
- Prior experience working with TSMC, Taiwanese project teams, or international construction teams.
- Experience serving as a qualifying party or licensed representative for a construction company.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to work with both English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
