B-Level Technician Responsibilities

  • Perform a broad range of vehicle repairs, including brakes, suspension, HVAC systems, and basic drivability concerns.
  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with guidance from senior technicians.
  • Work with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Complete routine maintenance services, including fluid changes, alignments, and filter replacements.
  • Document repair work accurately on the Repair Order.
  • Continue ongoing training to advance technical skills and achieve Ford STST certifications.

B-Level Technician Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive service technician experience.
  • ASE certifications or Ford STST (Specialist Technician Specialty Training) preferred.
  • Proficiency in brakes, suspension, HVAC, and drivability diagnostics.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with a safe driving record.
