B-Level Automotive Service Technician

Ferman Ford’s Service Departments operate on a team-based system where you’ll work alongside other team members on a single vehicle to provide our Guests with accurate auto service and repairs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of vehicle repairs, including brakes, suspension, HVAC systems, and basic drivability concerns.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with guidance from senior technicians.
- Work with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Complete routine maintenance services, including fluid changes, alignments, and filter replacements.
- Document repair work accurately on the Repair Order.
- Continue ongoing training to advance technical skills and achieve Ford STST certifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive service technician experience.
- ASE certifications or Ford STST (Specialist Technician Specialty Training) preferred.
- Proficiency in brakes, suspension, HVAC, and drivability diagnostics.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a safe driving record.
