Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of farm equipment and construction tools to ensure operational readiness.
• Aid in the preparation and upkeep of farm grounds, including landscaping, irrigation, and soil management activities.
• Support construction site activities by transporting materials, setting up temporary structures, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to execute daily work plans efficiently and adapt to changing project requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a construction or agricultural environment.
• Familiarity with construction site safety standards and regulations.
• Certification in equipment operation such as forklift or tractor driving.
• Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret simple construction or farm plans.
