Azure Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments to support secure access and identity management.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Microsoft Windows Server platforms to ensure strong performance, availability, and system health.
• Support Citrix-based solutions by resolving technical issues, monitoring stability, and enhancing the end-user experience.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange environments, including configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution for messaging services.
• Implement system updates, patches, and configuration changes while following operational and security standards.
• Investigate infrastructure incidents, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions to minimize service disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure improvements, platform upgrades, and environment standardization.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for system configurations, procedures, and support activities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Active Directory and Azure Active Directory in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience supporting Citrix technologies in a production setting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange administration and support.
• Ability to diagnose infrastructure issues and resolve problems across server, identity, and messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with security best practices related to access control, patching, and system administration.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
