Azure Security Engineer
About the role
TEKsystems is seeking a Cloud Automation Security Engineer with 7-10 years of experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure and managed streaming platforms across AWS and Azure. This role focuses on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, cloud security, and enterprise-scale deployments while partnering with engineering, security, operations, and application teams.

Skills
- 7-10 years of experience in cloud engineering, automation, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
- Experience working with public cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
- Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform
- Experience building automation solutions with Python and Ansible
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and managed streaming services including AWS MSK, Azure Event Hubs, and Kinesis Data Streams
- Experience creating and maintaining Ansible Playbooks and Ansible Tower
- Knowledge of cloud security fundamentals including IAM and certificate management
- Basic Linux/UNIX scripting experience
Pay
The pay range for this position is $89.00 - $89.00/hr.

Schedule
Hybrid position in Plano, TX (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
