About the role
Experience Required: 10 – 15 years in Industrial OT Edge Computing and AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- OT Edge Architecture: Architect end-to-end OT edge computing solutions for upstream fields, pipelines, refineries, etc. Design edge-to-cloud architectures and integrate edge platforms with SCADA, PLCs, etc.
- Computer Vision Oil & Gas Use Cases: Design and deploy edge-based computer vision solutions for hydrocarbon gas and liquid leak detection, flame/smoke and flare monitoring, and safety PPE compliance in hazardous areas. Optimize CV models for low-latency edge inference.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity guardrails.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Strong experience in designing solutions for Edge Compute and OT; hands-on architecture experience with edge AI and industrial IoT.
- Computer vision frameworks (OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and acoustic signal analytics for industrial equipment.
- Industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, HART).
- Cloud platforms (Azure IoT).
- Preferred: Prior experience in Oil & Gas digital transformation or Industry 4.0 programs; exposure to offshore platforms or pipeline operations.
