Primary Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Azure DevOps dashboards, reports, queries, and analytics that deliver actionable insights for leadership and delivery teams.
- Drive Azure DevOps adoption by implementing best practices, standardized workflows, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to enhance project, portfolio, product management, and work management processes.
- Administer and support Azure DevOps projects, Boards, work item configurations, dashboards, and platform settings.
- Develop training resources, provide user support, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and platform enhancements.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of Azure DevOps administration/support experience in large enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise building Azure DevOps dashboards, analytics, queries, and executive reporting solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring Azure DevOps projects, Boards, work item processes, and platform features.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), governance, platform adoption, and business process improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, training, and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into Azure DevOps solutions.
