Azure cloud operation engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Administer Azure compute, networking, storage, and application services.
• Monitor cloud environments to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure, networking, and production issues.
• Implement cloud security best practices, identity management, and access controls.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python.
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Cook up patching, maintenance windows, and release deployments.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, and Security teams.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and environment diagrams.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and on-call support.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Routing, Firewalls) is Required.
