Azure and/or AWS Lead Developer

Responsibilities

• Advise others on detailed specifications for translating requirements into structured application programs conforming to established CIOO methodology and standards.
• Accountable for timely completion of work to meet business performance expectations.
• Supervise the writing and revision of program documentation, application operational procedures, and client user guides in accordance with standards and client needs.
• Develop code and manage projects in Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud, Salesforce, and Oracle Apex.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• At least 5 years of experience developing code and managing projects in the required technology.
• Expert knowledge of software tools, platforms, and processes supporting Azure, AWS, Salesforce, and Oracle Apex.
• Expert knowledge of databases and related tools/utilities; strong problem-solving skills and a proven record of working well in a team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in analysis, leadership, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

Work Environment

• Location: Arlington, VA (office environment).
• Noise level: Low.
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday. May require evenings or weekends to meet program and contract needs.
• Travel: Less than 10%.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds; frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Pay

Target salary range: $155,000 – $190,000. The final salary will be determined based on the individual’s education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract parameters, and organizational requirements.
