Azure AD Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers requiring network trace and packet analysis support
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues within Windows Commercial Networking environments
• Monitor and analyze network traffic to proactively identify potential issues
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical problems
• Deliver timely and accurate updates to customers regarding issue status and resolution
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Participate in training sessions and knowledgesharing forums to continuously develop technical skills

Qualifications

An associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Experience in network trace and packet analysis, Windows Commercial Networking, and customer support is required.

Pay
