About the role

Elaine Dorkhom has joined Axletree Solutions as Director of Compliance Solutions, with responsibility for business development and delivery of treasury management and SWIFT connectivity solutions to new and incumbent clients.

Experience & Qualifications

• Over 12 years of investigative analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance experience.
• Integral roles in implementing global programs (process and procedure) for large US financial institutions with global operations in retail, corporate, and investment banking.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies, including the Federal Reserve Bank, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS).

Education

• BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Manhattan College (Cum Laude).
• People and Financial Management Master’s Certificate from Harvard Business School (HBS).
