About the role

We're looking for an Axiom Business Analyst with deep AxiomSL (ControllerView) expertise who has successfully delivered FR 2052a or FR Y-15 reporting at a major bank.

Responsibilities

• Run a full GAP analysis on our data setup against FR 2052a and FR Y-15 requirements, identifying missing fields, granularity gaps, or data quality issues.
• Collaborate with Finance business teams to understand products and align them with reporting needs.
• Specify data requirements for data architects and upstream teams, including transactional, counterparty, collateral, or balance sheet data.
• Translate dense Fed regulatory language into actionable Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
• Map data step-by-step from source systems into the Axiom ODS and consolidated data model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a CIB (Corporate & Investment Bank).
• Hands-on experience with AxiomSL (ControllerView).
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of FR 2052a or FR Y-15 at a major bank (required).
• Solid understanding of financial products.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and SQL, with experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills and leadership ability to drive projects to completion.
