AWS Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a AWS Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of contact center solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders while coordinating internal architects, delivery teams, and business partners to keep implementations on track. The position focuses on managing scope, schedule, financials, and risks while driving clear communication and disciplined execution across complex AWS and AI-enabled projects. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Plan, initiate, and lead the full lifecycle delivery of contact center solutions Monitor and manage project financials, scope, schedule, and risks Facilitate regular status meetings and publish weekly status reports Act as the client's primary day-to-day point of contact Lead client-facing sessions to define success metrics and track progress Establish client and project team roles and drive timely decisions Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to capture and trace business requirements Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and support end-user training Plan and coordinate production cutover and post-go-live activities Serve as Agile Scrum Master and guide the SDLC process Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in contact center environments, including CCaaS implementations 2+ years of hands-on experience as a project manager or scrum leader on Amazon Connect implementations AI delivery or solution experience in a contact center context Experience in a professional services or consulting environment Experience with estimation, sizing, and SOW/Change Order contracting Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements sessions and presenting to client stakeholders Current AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification Benefits Remote and in-person work options Travel opportunities with up to 25% commitment Flexible work hours to accommodate personal needs Collaborative culture with open communication Regular celebrations and team-building activities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
