Role Description Title: AWS GenAI Transformation Executive / Program Director (Associate Director - Program & Project Management) Location: Jersey city, New Jersey Key Responsibilities Executive Leadership Client Engagement Serve as the strategic onsite leader for the AWS Launchpad engagement at Aegon Build trusted advisor relationships with senior business technology and transformation stakeholders Drive executive governance steering committee discussions programme reviews and roadmap alignment Align AWS GenAI investments with business outcomes and enterprise transformation objectives Act as the primary escalation point for delivery adoption and platformrelated challenges AWS GenAI Platform Industrialisation Lead the industrialisation of Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore capabilities across the enterprise Define operating models governance frameworks security controls and adoption standards Establish reusable patterns accelerators deployment frameworks and best practices for GenAI implementations Drive enterprisewide enablement and onboarding of GenAI use cases Ensure alignment with responsible AI compliance security and risk management requirements AWS Launchpad Leadership Provide strategic guidance on AWS Launchpad methodology and adoption framework Partner with AWS teams enterprise architects and platform engineering teams to accelerate value realisation Govern implementation roadmaps and ensure successful transition from pilot initiatives to productiongrade platforms Drive measurable business outcomes through platform standardisation and operational excellence Programme Governance Delivery Oversight Own programme health financial governance risk mitigation and delivery success Lead crossfunctional global teams comprising architects DevOps engineers AI engineers and business stakeholders Define KPIs adoption metrics and valuerealisation frameworks Ensure successful execution of platform enhancement and enterprise rollout initiatives Required Skills Experience Mandatory Strong working knowledge of AWS Launchpad Amazon Bedrock AgentCore AWS Cloud Services Enterprise GenAI Adoption Frameworks Proven experience leading largescale cloud and AI transformation programmes Extensive executive stakeholder management experience Experience within Insurance Financial Services or highly regulated industries Strong understanding of AI governance security compliance and risk management Preferred Technical Background AWS Cloud Architecture AIML Platform Engineering DevSecOps Platform Automation Enterprise Integration Architecture RAG Knowledge Bases AI Agents and Agentic Workflows Amazon Bedrock supports foundation models knowledge bases retrievalaugmented generation and agentbased architectures for enterprise AI solutions Leadership Competencies Executive Presence Strategic Account Management Transformation Leadership Business Consulting Organisation Change Management Financial Commercial Acumen Other Details Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
