GenAI Center Demo Architect, AWS Professional Services

About the role

Drive the strategy for demo solutions and build high-quality demonstrations to showcase with customers visiting the HQ2 location. Provide hands-on architectural guidance for real-life customer projects involving various AWS services and ISV/partner solutions. Collaborate with cross-Amazon teams to develop outcome-based holistic solutions for strategic opportunities for customers who have visited the space.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer guidance on technical needs to support activating demo-based solutions viewed in the space.
• Educate customers and partners on current and emerging AI technologies and solutions transforming various industries in areas such as automated reasoning, physical AI digital solutions, and advanced analytics.
• Work with customers in person and remotely, sharing your expertise and insights.
• Anticipate future trends and identify applications of emerging technologies that should be showcased for customers in the Experience Center space in alignment with key services and product releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience.
• 3+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 6+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 3+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre-sales environments.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
