About the role

Join a team of creative and talented software engineers building and operating world-class services on AWS. Specifically, you'll work on Amazon FSx for Lustre, a service that makes it easy to launch and run high-performance file systems in the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate highly-scalable software services
• Solve complex problems with a diverse team of engineers
• Mentor and grow junior engineers
• Contribute to a fun, inclusive team culture

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
