AWS DevOps Engineer
About the role
We CGI is seeking a skilled and proactive AWS DevOps Engineer candidate who will get an opportunity to work with a highly skilled team on the latest technologies. It helps the candidate to shape the career with matured agile project delivery, advanced Tech stack process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise Infrastructure team to drive infrastructure decisions for the projects, including database, cloud, and environment strategies (including automation of Infrastructure as code).
- Work collaboratively with other Technology team members to support DevOps approach, environment maintenance, data and integrations infrastructure, etc.
- Installation of tools to support core application.
- Troubleshoot issues in non-production environments.
- Assist with the planning and coordinate third party application software upgrades in all environments.
- Work on custom automation solutions to support the team.
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of hands-on validated experience in AWS DevOps.
- Very familiar with concepts and in many of the following areas:
- 4+ years of experience in an application development environment managing infrastructure components.
- 3+ years of experience working on complex, enterprise level platforms or solutions.
- 3+ years of experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS) and automation of Infrastructure using Terraform, Step functions, event bridges, S3 development, IAM role management, lambdas, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Github actions.
- Experience with MS SQL, powershell and cron.
- Experience with Facet Trizetto infrastructure.
Qualifications
- To Be Successful In This Role At least 10+years of hands-on validated experience in AWS DevOps and candidate should be very familiar with concepts and in many of the following areas to be a successful contributor on the team.
