Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- Analyze social media metrics to inform future strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or similar field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and content creation
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
