The Opportunity

As an AWM - Digital Assets Senior Manager, you will assist clients with business transformations by leveraging large-scale digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, and other business applications. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements and internal controls, enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information for various stakeholders. You will also evaluate compliance with regulations, assessing governance and risk management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Leading large-scale digital transformation projects, focusing on business process improvement and IT controls

  • Utilizing SAP, Oracle, and Workday to assist clients in managing risk and controls during their transformation journey

  • Evaluating and enhancing internal controls and governance processes to improve compliance with regulations

  • Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client organizations

  • Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations, maintaining composure and strategic focus

  • Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders

  • Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback

  • Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams

  • Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree

  • At least 6 years of experience

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance

  • Demonstrates knowledge of, and/or success in managerial roles involving, designing, and implementing blockchain technology solutions including understanding of security and controls as it relates to different networks, tokens and elements of the digital asset ecosystem

  • Demonstrating advanced skills in business process improvement

  • Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex financial challenges

  • Leading teams through ambiguity with strategic questioning

  • Applying IT controls to enhance security and compliance

  • Excelling in storytelling to convey impactful messages

  • Embracing change and fostering innovation in asset management
