About the role
The primary purpose of this position is to provide awake supervision during service recipients' asleep hours and assist service recipients with their morning routines. The person in this position generally works without direct supervision in the performance of assigned tasks.
An Awake Overnight DSP is available to service recipients throughout the night for any support or assistance they may need. In the morning, you will help everyone rise and shine by supporting people while they get ready for the day! You will perform all shift duties in accordance with program protocols, follow all program rules and regulations, supervision, and safety. You will build relationships with people by providing support and helping them start their day in a positive way.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a MN Background Study
Preferred Qualifications
- Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Use of a reliable, insured vehicle for transportation
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time openings available
- Awake overnights from 10pm–8am the following day
- No mandated shifts
Pay
$18.25 per hour
