AW Lead Appliance Installer Driver

About the role

As a CSC Lead Appliance Install Driver, you will deliver residential and/or commercial laundry equipment, commercial air equipment, and ancillary commercial technology products using a company truck and complete installation upon delivery on an assigned route. This is an active, field-based role with no desk work, guiding others through complex installations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install laundry equipment to customer homes and client locations.
• Deliver and install ancillary technology (card readers, digital enhancements).
• Drive a box truck to deliver, pick up, or repair/replace washers, dryers, and/or air machines.
• Prepare equipment for delivery (assemble required parts prior to loading on trucks).
• Instruct customers and/or clients on safe and effective equipment operation.
• Load and unload the company truck using a 2-wheeled hand cart.
• Proactively manage inventory and execute regular parts replenishment based on route guidelines.
• Teach others to resolve delivery and installation issues.
• Audit warehouse preparation activities of other installers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and be 21 years of age (DOT state requirement).
• Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances (must lift up to 75 pounds).
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related).

Pay

Minimum Salary: USD $20.74/Hr. Maximum Salary: USD $24.89/Hr.
