About the role

The Treasury Management Implementation Team Lead plays a crucial role in managing the client implementation process and experience. This is an experienced level Treasury Management position responsible for providing day-to-day direction for the Treasury Management Implementation team members.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Treasury Implementation team, which involves the implementation of various Treasury management products and services including but not limited to Business Online Banking, Account Reconciliation, Positive Pay, ACH, Tax Payments, Wire Transfers, Cash Vault, Lockbox, and Remote Deposit Capture.
  • Maintain logs, volume activity charts, records and provide management with (daily, weekly, and monthly) requested statistical data.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements to ensure SLAs are met for internal/external client satisfaction.
  • Ensure processes meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
  • Assist with client implementation requests, as needed.
  • Mentor and train Treasury Management Implementation team members.
  • Develop written procedures and guides for the Implementation team.
  • Act independently with infrequent supervision and escalate, as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years AVP, 5-7 years VP of Treasury Management Implementation or related experience within Treasury Management.
  • Skills: Proven professional verbal, written, and presentation skills required. Strong project management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure. Great attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills a must. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of team members. Ability to coach, mentor and train others.

Benefits

  • PAY: AVP: $91,300 – $96,200 / year, VP: $110,000 – $122,000 / year
