General Summary

The Treasury Management Client Training Team Lead manages client training for the use of the Business Online Banking platform. This is an experienced level Treasury Management position responsible for providing day-to-day direction for the Treasury Management Training team members.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Treasury Management Client Training team, which involves providing training to clients for Treasury Management services.
  • Solid knowledge of the various Treasury Management products and services including but not limited to Business Online Banking, Account Reconciliation, Positive Pay, ACH, Tax Payments, Wire Transfers, Cash Vault, Lockbox, and Remote Deposit Capture.
  • Maintain logs, volume activity charts, records and provide management with (daily, weekly, and monthly) requested statistical data.
  • Coordinate, monitor, review, and coach client training sessions for TM Services RDC, Wires, ACH Origination, Positive Pay, etc.
  • Ensure processes meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
  • Interface with branch staff (i.e. Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, Tellers), Lenders, Loan and Deposit Operations, Accounting, TMS Officers, etc.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to guide and assist team members.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic and rapidly evolving organization.
  • Direct Reports: Incumbent has direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years AVP, 5-7 years VP of Treasury Management Client Training or related experience within Treasury Management or training & development.
  • Knowledge: Experience with banking products and services with an emphasis on Treasury Management products and services. Knowledge of Treasury and Financial Operations is a plus.
  • Management: Management experience required.
