Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Workday projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
• Plan and implement Workday system upgrades, enhancements, and new module deployments.
• Configure, test, and deploy updates across Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
• Support Workday platform rollouts across multiple business functions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Lead integration efforts between Workday and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational continuity.
• Monitor platform performance, system stability, and the overall end-user experience.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives related to Workday optimization, reporting improvements, platform adoption, and program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, including at least 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday functionality and best practices.
• Experience with Workday integrations, including web services and APIs.
• Background in Workday implementation, consulting, or system administration.
• Ability to learn and support additional technologies such as Azure tools, data visualization, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Prior proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
