About the role
As an AVP Information Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing the security and technology operations within the organization. This includes managing IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security policies, and providing technical leadership to the IT team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization's assets and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions and services.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in IT and security, and incorporate these into the organization's strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT infrastructure and security operations.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
Qualifications
- CISSP certification preferred.
- Experience with ITIL best practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the industry.

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
Schedule
