About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify and pursue strategic opportunities
• Manage strategic projects for executive leadership teams
• Lead cross-functional project teams to drive results
• Advise on corporate strategic planning processes
• Translate strategic plans into operational plans
• Monitor the impact of defined strategies through data analysis
• Communicate evaluation findings to management and the Board

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent preferred
• Significant leadership experience in strategic projects
• Proven ability to maximize business and industry knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities in various settings

Pay

$175,000 – $326,000 annually
