AVP Senior Java Developer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Engineer to support Oracle database upgrade readiness and application compatibility remediation. The resource will be responsible for assessing Java applications impacted by Oracle database and JDBC driver upgrades, implementing required code and configuration changes, and ensuring successful integration, regression, deployment, and production stabilization.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Experience with Oracle database connectivity and JDBC driver upgrades
• Proficiency in SQL troubleshooting
• Experience with Maven/Gradle dependency management
• Experience with unit testing and CI/CD
• Experience with production support
