This role is for a seasoned professional who applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflows. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area, requiring an understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, balancing alternatives and multiple sources of information. Strong analytical, communication, and diplomacy skills are essential, along with the ability to assume leadership roles, coach new recruits, and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure creation of project plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
  • Identify key stakeholders who will participate in project scope definition.
  • Identify, document, and understand project dependencies.
  • Ensure appropriate resources are assigned to the project and monitor commitment.
  • Ensure change control is executed throughout the project.
  • Establish project communication needs and support creation of the project communication plan.
  • Track actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed.
  • Measure project management performance against standards.
  • Create the project risk management plan.
  • Work with the procurement team to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts.
  • Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures to resolve issues with limited supervision.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and adhering to ethical standards to safeguard the firm’s reputation.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Loan IQ experience is preferred.

Pay

$96,400.00 - $144,600.00 annual salary.
