This role leads delivery in the areas of product implementation, a product knowledge center to support accurate and consistent product understanding across the enterprise, and program management from concept through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end product delivery across major product lines (Fixed Indexed Annuities, Registered Index-Linked Annuities, and Indexed Universal Life Insurance)
- Led cross-functional program execution, ownership alignment, and risk escalation to ensure on-time, quality outcomes
- Managing, training and directing work of product implementation teams, providing employee and career development
- Building a team culture, shared operating principles, and fostering cross-functional connection across product teams to strengthen enterprise partnership
- Illustrations and Statements capability owner, including vendor relationships and performance management, to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of customer-facing content
- Preparing and delivering executive-level communication on delivery status, risk exposure, and scope decisions across major product programs
- Leveraging AI tools to drive efficient process engineering and delivery
- Lead and develop a product implementation organization of 25-35 employees, including direct oversight of people leaders, while driving operational excellence, talent development, and successful implementation outcomes
Requirements
Four-year degree or equivalent experience required. Eight (8) plus years of experience required: Leading end-to-end product delivery in a life or annuity insurance environment. Advanced knowledge of insurance products, how they work, and the operational and implementation processes associated with them. Project management experience leading small, medium or large programs. Demonstrated ability to build delivery systems, clarify ownership, and surface risk early across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
Skills
Strong leadership and project management skills, advanced knowledge of insurance products, and the ability to build delivery systems, clarify ownership, and surface risk early across cross-functional teams.
