About the role

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to members
• Managing member accounts and transactions
• Assisting members with financial planning and advice
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A strong background in customer service and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An understanding of credit union operations and member needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer service or financial role
• Experience working with credit unions or similar financial institutions
