AVP/Manager, Talent Strategic Initiatives
About the role
The Manager, Talent Strategic Initiatives role at Bernstein Private Wealth Management (PWM) is responsible for shaping and scaling high-impact talent programs that strengthen the employee experience, advance the company culture, and support business growth. This role works closely with executive leadership, Client Group leaders, and partners from Talent, Community and Belonging, and Marketing to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to evolve the mission and strategy of key talent initiatives.
Drive clarity, alignment, and outcomes across council priorities.
Own timelines, governance, and KPIs across a portfolio of initiatives.
Maintain forward-looking roadmap of initiatives (now/next/later).
Lead mentorship, development programs, and key partnerships.
Support execution of talent development programs and experiences.
Collaborate with marketing and business leaders on events and strategic initiatives.
Execute special projects that impact talent, retention, and development.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in strategy, talent, consulting, or program leadership.
Strong project management and stakeholder influence skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ownership mentality with willingness to step in to keep momentum.
Pay
Base Salary Range: $105,000 to $115,000. Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.
