Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global HR Technology and People Analytics strategy aligned with HR, Technology, and business objectives.
• Own the HR Technology roadmap and investment priorities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and business goals.
• Lead the modernization and optimization of the HR technology ecosystem, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading HR Technology, HR systems, or enterprise technology organizations within complex global environments.
• Significant experience leading and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud platforms and related HR technology solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale ERP, HR technology, or digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience
• Experience with workforce analytics platforms such as Crunchr
• Experience with Azure-based data and integration capabilities
• SAFe Agile experience or certification
• Experience leading major technology modernization and organizational change
