AVP, Finance Strategy

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy initiatives for sustainable growth and long-term value creation
• Partner with executive leadership to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives enhancing financial performance
• Provide financial leadership for organic growth and post-acquisition value capture
• Develop financial frameworks and business cases for strategic investment decisions
• Lead development of enterprise financial models for strategic planning and capital allocation
• Partner with Finance leadership for budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting
• Prepare executive presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting
• Experience leading complex mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and strategic analysis expertise
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive leadership

Pay

$158,804 – $238,207 annually
