Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives for the CFO from concept to execution
• Lead planning processes and ensure accountability for business and finance priorities
• Create high-quality communications and executive materials for leadership and board discussions
• Facilitate decision-making meetings and work sessions to align stakeholders on enterprise priorities
• Identify and frame options for addressing emerging issues and risks for senior leadership
• Establish clarity in ambiguous situations through structured work plans and accountability
• Conduct analyses to inform decision-making and uncover actionable insights

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, or chief of staff roles
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority
• Experience thriving in dynamic environments that demand adaptability and strong judgment

Pay

$185,000 – $215,000 annually
