AVP, Field Sales Manager (Southwest)
About the role
This field sales position is responsible for selling Regional & Store level client leadership on the benefits of our products to drive product engagement and in-store execution, ultimately meeting or exceeding credit goals. The role involves maintaining relationships through effective communication, attending market/store meetings, developing in-store product execution strategies, and ensuring regional strategies are rolled out effectively to stores. Territory includes Arizona and portions of Colorado and Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Drive application volume to meet or exceed goals, measured as percent increase to Operational Plan.
- Exceed customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding established Client Satisfaction survey target goals.
- Enhance implementation of in-store marketing programs and conduct ongoing training.
- Develop credit awareness programs with store/market management.
- Audit signage and point-of-sale material for compliance and communicate issues accordingly.
- Support Client Program Manager and client team initiatives.
- Compile and present results of ongoing credit programs; manage travel and marketing budgets.
- Attend and support store opening and relocation events.
- Develop and maintain key external client relationships at store, market, and regional levels.
- Maximize and leverage credit support and commitment at the store level.
- Develop an annual marketing plan for stores to support business goals.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of experience working in the Financial Services Field.
- Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Client Relationship Management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $130,000 USD annually and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based on work experience, skill level, or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro, and Seattle.
Schedule
This role offers flexibility with the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events. Field Sales roles may have varied location requirements based on partner obligations or preferences.
Eligibility Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process.
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
