Job Summary and Qualifications

Requirements

  • Must provide a digital portfolio of work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, creative development or similar fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role within an advertising agency, creative studio, production company, in-house marketing team or similar entities.
  • 5+ years of management and mentoring experience
  • Extensive history of creative strategy and ideation for a wide variety of marketing initiatives, including brand and consumer campaigns, internal communications, executive events, experiential, environmental and interactive activations and more.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of creative production, including video, photo, graphic design and motion graphics
  • Proven experience in leading creative teams for large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a flair for storytelling and brand development.
  • Working knowledge of production and collaboration applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, Figma, Workfront and similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as project management applications such as Workfront.
