About the role

The Community Banking Manager oversees branch operations with a focus on business development within the community served. Key responsibilities include executing the customer experience strategy, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with procedural, risk, and audit standards.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage Ephrata National Bank products/services to aid in customer production success.
  • Participate in community activities to gain business opportunities.
  • Manage branch financial results, including meeting production targets for loans, deposits, and referrals.
  • Develop and retain top talent through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Implement and communicate a sales and profit plan, aligning with market opportunity and customer base.
  • Lead the customer experience strategy to enhance branch performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other lines of business to expand product and service offerings.
  • Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 4 years of banking, business development, or related experience; 2 years of people leadership experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the employee life cycle process.
  • Proven skills in managing and achieving financial performance and business outcomes in a complex retail environment or profit center.
  • Two years of sales experience in the financial services industry, including three years of sales experience.
  • Completion of all Account Opening, Consumer Lending, and IRA required training and obtaining completion certificates.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

$77,600.00 - $121,250.00 annually, with potential for bonuses based on company, business, and individual performance.
