(Avondale) Food Service Worker - Part-Time (August Start)
Location: Avondale • Part-Time, Non-Exempt
About the role
As the Food Service Worker, you will supervise students and ensure proper behavior. You will also:
- Check students' names off of the rosters
- Open containers for lower grade students
- Wipe tables, sweep, mop, and dispose of waste to maintain cleanliness of the multipurpose room during the lunch periods
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (in addition to some carrying, pushing, and/or pulling)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year experience working with children
- Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
