• Full-Time: Assist customers with selecting frames, understanding insurance, and more. Requires a sociable personality and no prior experience necessary.
• Part-Time: Interpret prescriptions, advise on care, use prescription lenses, measure frames and faces for optimal fit and style. Requires a sociable personality and no prior experience necessary.
• Optometrist: Perform eye exams, write prescriptions, prescribe medications, diagnose and treat diseases, and manage pre and post-operation care. Requires a degree in optometry and state licensure.

Job Description

Our retail optometry staff assists customers with selecting their perfect frames, understanding their insurance, and more. This job involves constant customer interaction both in person and over the phone, so a sociable personality is a must.

As an Heartland Vision Optometrist, you will perform eye exams, write prescriptions for eyeglasses and contacts, prescribe medications, diagnose and treat diseases, and manage pre and post-operation care. Requires a degree in optometry and state licensure.
