AVISE Patient Advocate Team (APAT) Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide information about Exagen’s unique AVISE testing and secure patient payments.
• Maintain confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Patient medical collections and call center experience desired.
• Demonstrates good communication and organizational skills.
• Previous billing software experience desired.
• Understands insurance billing and can interpret EOBs.
• Works well in a team environment and provides great customer service.
