What You Contribute

• Lead meetings with internal and/or external resources to resolve issues affecting the return to service of the aircraft.
• Prepare accurate, complete, and concise technical reports and correspondence.
• Support Business Aircraft customers and Field Service Representatives by troubleshooting, providing technical guidance, and making technical recommendations on aircraft systems.
• Create performance matrix including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance in the team.
• Ensure quality feedback loop is completed when issues are found in the field.
• Perform monthly quality reviews of case handling and phone interactions for the team.

How to Thrive in This Role

• Comprehensive technical knowledge and experience of aircraft systems for Learjet, Challengers, and Global aircraft.
• Leadership capabilities and quick decision-making and resolution skills.
• A college diploma in aircraft maintenance or equivalent work history.
• An AME license or equivalent (an asset).
• Availability for off-site assignments on short notice (10%).
• Comfortable using MS Office programs.
• A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in problem-solving in aircraft maintenance/manufacturing environments.
• Customer-focused and strong communication skills.
