About Poseidon Aerospace Poseidon Aerospace is reimagining how the world moves goods. We build and operate full-size autonomous cargo aircraft - capable of carrying two tons of payload over a thousand nautical miles. From remote communities to contested logistics operations, our platforms unlock a new cost curve for air freight, making it faster, cheaper, and accessible anywhere it's needed. Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with locations in Washington DC, Oregon, and Maine; we're building something consequential. We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Avionics & Electrical Integration Technician to help build, integrate, test, and troubleshoot advanced aerospace hardware. This is a broad, multidisciplinary role for someone who is equally comfortable at a workbench building a wiring harness, as integrating hardware into a vehicle, helping bring an integrated system to life. This position sits at the intersection of electrical fabrication, avionics, mechanical assembly, systems integration, and testing. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well with incomplete or evolving hardware, and enjoys helping turn engineering designs into functioning systems — moving between the bench, the shop floor, and the vehicle. If you enjoy building things, solving difficult problems, and seeing complex hardware come together into a functioning system, we'd like to talk to you.
