We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. The posting includes: Job Summary (but we shouldn't repeat job title). We can treat "About the role" maybe from the introductory paragraph? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content: Intro about company, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or "About Introba"? Probably "About the role" summarizing the role description. Then "Responsibilities" (the list). Then "Qualifications" (the list). Then maybe "Skills" (technical skills). Then "Benefits" (they mention benefits). No explicit Pay or Schedule, so we should not include those sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove application instructions (none present). Also remove "WHERE PASSION + PURPOSE ALIGN" maybe considered heading? It's like a tagline; we can keep as part of intro paragraph? Probably keep as part of

but not as heading. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the company description, job summary, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits. Also mention travel? Travel is part of responsibilities? It's under "Travel". Could be part of responsibilities or a separate section? Not in allowed headings list. Could be included under Responsibilities as a bullet? But we need to preserve it. Since we only allowed headings from list, we can embed travel info within Responsibilities

maybe as a bullet. Or we could add a

after Responsibilities. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "8-10 years of technology (ultra-low voltage/ICT systems) and security engineering and leadership experience..." etc. We need to format responsibilities as

    • . The responsibilities section includes many bullet-like sentences. We'll extract each responsibility bullet. Similarly qualifications as list. Skills: The "Aviation Technology Technical Skills-" list is long; we can make a
under Skills heading. Benefits: The paragraph about benefits. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include Pay or Schedule. Thus output:

We need to ensure we don't include any extraneous content like EEO, legal, etc. Let's extract substantive content. First paragraph: "WHERE PASSION + PURPOSE ALIGN We are the curious. Problem solvers. Driven to unlock the potential in every system. Across five countries are 1,100 engineers, designers, and consultants collaborating to elevate the human experience, create more resilient communities, and protect the health of the planet. Through the cultivation of thought leadership, we deliver sustainable and forward-thinking solutions to the most complex design challenges facing the world’s leading clients and partners." That's about the company. Could be part of About the role. Job Summary: "This posting is intended to gather expressions of interest from Aviation Technology Program Engineers for anticipated opportunities expected to arise over the next 3-6 months. While an immediate vacancy may not be available, we are building relationships with talented professionals who are interested in joining our growing Aviation Technology team as new projects and hiring needs materialize. The Associate Principal role requires 8-10 years of technology (ultra-low voltage/ICT systems) and security engineering and leadership experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility in an AEC or consulting environment. Eight plus (8+ years) should be hands-on, direct client-facing engineering/design of systems and client management in our primary market sectors, with an emphasis on the Airport market. Remote candidates will be considered, but on-site in the Chicago Metro area is preferred. The Aviation Technology Engineer serves as Introba's primary day-to-day technical representative supporting a major aviation program in the Chicago area. This role provides the critical interface between the client, the prime consultant, airport stakeholders, and Introba's multidisciplinary technology engineering team. The successful candidate will possess sufficient aviation technology engineering experience to confidently discuss, at a high level, the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of airport telecommunications, security, and operational technology systems. While detailed technical design will be performed by Introba's subject matter experts, this individual will coordinate closely with those technical teams to ensure designs progress efficiently, technical decisions are communicated effectively, and client expectations are met. This position requires a strong understanding of airport capital project delivery, design coordination, consultant relationships, and stakeholder management. Success depends on the ability to recognize project risks, identify coordination issues before they become problems, maintain positive working relationships with the owner and prime consultant, and identify opportunities where Introba can provide additional value through expanded services. The successful candidate is an experienced aviation technology professional who enjoys building client relationships, solving project coordination challenges, and serving as the trusted local representative of a highly technical engineering team." We can combine company description and job summary into About the role paragraph(s). Might be long but okay. Responsibilities: The section "Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities:" then list. Let's extract each responsibility bullet: - Serve as Introba's primary local representative for aviation technology projects in the Chicago area. - Maintain regular communication with the owner, prime consultant, and project stakeholders. - Represent Introba during meetings, workshops, design reviews, and coordination sessions. - Develop strong working relationships while maintaining professionalism and technical credibility. - Approach client with a consultative frame of mind, listen and provide valuable information. - Manage and monitor operations for continuous improvement focused on customer satisfaction. - Conduct yourself inside and outside the office in a manner that reflects the dignity and professional attitude of Introba. - Foster and maintain a superior customer service attitude within the segment and across Introba. - Routinely seek customer feedback. - Respond to and resolve issues as they arise. - Handle customer and employee requests, complaints, and problems in a timely manner in accordance with Introba policy. - Technical Coordination Skills - Coordinate closely with Introba's telecommunications, security, ICT, and aviation technology subject matter experts to understand design direction, communicate project decisions, and ensure technical consistency across project phases. - Understand project objectives sufficiently to discuss system concepts, design progression, schedule, and technical direction with clients. - Facilitate timely resolution of technical questions between project stakeholders and the engineering team. - Monitor design progression and ensure deliverables remain aligned with project requirements. - Maintain professional registrations and/or other appropriate certifications through ongoing technical training. - Aviation Technology Technical Skills- (maybe part of Skills) - Project Delivery - Be able to participate throughout planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover as needs require. - Identify schedule, scope, and coordination risks. - Facilitate communication between design disciplines. - Monitor design progression from planning through construction and coordinate resolution of technical and stakeholder issues affecting project delivery. - Support issue resolution throughout project delivery. - Relationship Management - Develop trusted working relationships with owner representatives, architects, engineers, contractors, and technology vendors. - Recognize emerging project needs where Introba can provide additional engineering or consulting services. - Assist project leadership with proposal development, scope definition, and strategic client engagement when opportunities arise. - Proactively recognize project, communication, and relationship issues before they affect project delivery or client confidence. We need to decide where to put "Technical Coordination Skills" and "Project Delivery" and "Relationship Management". They could be subheadings but we only allowed certain headings. Could treat them as part of Responsibilities bullets (they are responsibilities). So we can keep them as bullet points under Responsibilities. Qualifications: list: - Required Experience 8–15 years of aviation technology engineering or consulting experience. - Experience supporting airport planning, design, or construction projects. - Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams. - Experience working directly with airport owners, architects, contractors, and program managers. - Experience working within multidisciplinary design teams delivering large capital aviation projects. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to understand technical issues and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences. - Experience with large hub airports. - Familiarity with FAA airport development. - Familiarity with phased airport construction. - Registration/Certification Preferences: Appropriate certification is desired for this position, but it is not a must. Industry certifications that are relevant and valuable include: PE, PMP, CPP, RCDD, CTD-D, CISSP, CWNA, PSP, etc. - Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year, accredited university in engineering, computer science, or other technical area is required. Master’s Degree in either business or technical area considered a plus. - Software Proficiency Requirements In addition to strong personal computer skills including proficiency in MS Windows 10 or higher operating environment, a high level of proficiency and expertise in the following productivity tools is required and expected: MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, etc. BIM360 Docs/Construction Cloud Proficiency in the following tasks is desired, but not required: Bluebeam Revit by Autodesk AutoCAD by Autodesk - Travel This position may include both local project related travel and other travel such as industry conferences. This travel is typically during the week and 1-3 days in duration. Expect 1-2 trips every month on average. Travel is normally domestic however occasional international travel may be required. Travel could be part of Qualifications or Responsibilities? It's more about job conditions; could be its own section but not in allowed list. Could be placed under Responsibilities as a bullet? Or maybe under Qualifications? Probably better to include under Responsibilities as a bullet about travel expectations. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could add a section "Travel" but not allowed heading. So we incorporate into Responsibilities or Qualifications. I'd put under Responsibilities as a bullet. Skills: The "Aviation Technology Technical Skills-" list: we need to capture each item. List: - Structured Cabling - Outside Plant Telecommunications - Fiber Optic Infrastructure - Wireless Communications - Airport Operational Networks - Voice Communications - Public Address and Voice Alarm Systems - Access Control - Video Surveillance - Intercom Systems - Emergency Communications - Common Use Systems - Passenger Information Systems/Flight Information Display Systems - Airport Operations Center technologies - Network infrastructure supporting airport operations - Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) - Radio Systems / Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Also note: "Detailed engineering expertise in every system is not required; however, the ability to discuss system purpose, interfaces, and typical design considerations is essential." That's a note. We'll include that as a bullet or as a

after list. Benefits: "Introba offers a comprehensive total rewards package. Our benefits may include medical*, disability* and life insurance coverage*, continuing education benefits, paid time off, employee assistance program and a retirement savings plan with company matching contributions. *Benefits will vary by country location and may only be available in US or Canada.
