Required Documents

• All applicants MUST provide a front and back copy of your FAA Mechanic Certificate.
• All applicants MUST provide a copy of their most recent SF-50 (Notification of Personnel Action) verifying current position, title, series, grade, tenure, and organization of record. If you are an FAA employee, your SF-50 must include information in Blocks 15, 17, 18, 19, 22, and 24 to verify your position details.
