Aviation Pilot - Full-Time

As an Air Ambulance Pilot, you are vital in providing rapid, life-saving patient transportation while ensuring safety and compliance with FAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft for emergency medical transport
• Plan and execute flights considering weather, weight, and fuel requirements
• Collaborate with medical teams, ground crew, and dispatch for seamless missions
• Respond promptly to emergencies
• Maintain accurate flight logs and records
• Represent the organization professionally

Requirements

• FAA certifications: Commercial Pilot with Instrument Rating or Airline Transport Pilot
• Current FAA Second-Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum of 2,500 helicopter flight hours, including night and instrument experience
• Ability to perform pre- and post-flight inspections
• Meet medical and physical standards

Pay

$46.24 to $72.80 per hour, depending on experience

This role is based at North Wilkesboro Air Base.
